Since 1996, Sven Saerens is a quality professional holding several quality improvement and process management positions in the automotive industry at Volvo Cars Mfg, Volvo Cars R&D, Toyota Motor Marketing & Engineering and in the telecom industry at Telenet NV. He's a certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) by ASQ and Ford Motor Company (Volvo).

Sven has trained several 100 Six Sigma Green Belts for above companies, he has led and participated numerous BB projects using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (LSS). As a LSS Champion he has been part of a successfully deployed LSS program in a service transactional environment, leading the first wave of projects, designing and delivering the Green Belt training and coaching the BB team.

He holds an engineering degree and a complementary degree in business administration. Sven is member of ASQ and ISSSP.

Sven is founder and managing consultant at Mutandiss. Besides Sven, Mutandiss employs currently one other consultant. Additionally Mutandiss is associated with a freelance consultant focused on competence management and human development. Mutandiss is Qfor certified and a registered service provider for KMO Portefeuille both for advice and training. Mutandiss is also registered at the Agentschap Ondernemen Vlaanderen as a service provider for 'strategisch ondernemen 2009-2011'.

Als LSS Champion heeft Sven ook zijn sporen verdiend in transactionele omgevingen : begeleiden van projectopstarts, opstellen en uitvoeren van Green Belt trainingen en het coachen van BB teams.

Sven is ingenieur en houder van een bijkomend diploma bedrijfsbeheer. Hij is lid van ASQ en ISSSP.
